*Planning meetings June - August, may be limited due to 80% of weekends are booked, and 50% of Weekdays are already planning for the weekends.

- *Travel eastern Washington and Northern Oregon: +$600 flat rate.
- *Travel outside Washington State and Northern Oregon are determined on a event to event basis.
